Dr Rabi Prasad Padhy is a seasoned Chief Technology Officer with over 18 years of experience in management, strategy, architecture, and technology across a variety of industry sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, E-Commerce, and Manufacturing. He is a hardworking, proactive, and methodical team player with a vast level of expertise in startup, executive, management, product management, development lifecycle, cloud platform, Big Data, AI, NLP, data center, applications, virtualization, cybersecurity, architecture, support, vendor management, managed service, and professional services. Currently, Dr Padhy is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at crayon, where he is responsible for driving the enterprise technology strategy and digital roadmap, building global go-to-market strategy on cloud, data, and AI, and cloud account planning for global managed service customers. He is also involved in building cloud capabilities, new platforms, and new cloud service offerings, and contributing towards recruitment process, training and certifications, and team management. Dr Padhy's primary skills include leading digital transformation, developing cloud strategy and business planning, creating new cloud service offerings, multi-cloud adoption, and business transformation, data on cloud strategy and business planning, building innovation technology solutions for large deals, and upskilling/reskilling people. He also possesses secondary skills in cloud computing, cloud transformation, cloud native apps development, cloud management, cloud solutions, cloud deployment, cloud security solutions, and cloud and Kubernetes cost optimization. Prior to his current role, Dr Padhy has held leadership positions at Infosys and Virtusa, where he was responsible for creating new cloud digital service offerings, building end-to-end solutions for large cloud migration and digital transformation deals, building and enriching the Google Cloud CoE team, and closely working with the executive leadership team for cloud and digital GTMs. Dr Padhy holds a Senior Leadership Program in Strategic Leadership from IIM and a Doctor of Philosophy in Cloud Computing from Berhampur University. He is also well-versed in a range of technologies, including AI, AWS, DevOps, Blockchain, infra, NLP, Big Data, product manager, Kubernetes, ML, microservices, Azure, GCP, and integration.
